At Irony Ndesign LLC, we want you to feel good about what you purchase from us. We take care in what we offer and how it’s sent out, and we ask the same care in returns.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to process after approval.

These items are thoughtfully chosen, limited in quantity, and offered as special finds alongside our main collections.

Because of the unique and limited nature of the Lagniappe Collection:

  • All Lagniappe items are final sale.

  • No refunds or exchanges are accepted on items from this collection.

We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before placing your order — we’re always happy to help.

If a Lagniappe item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
