At ironyNdesign LLC, we believe good things are worth the wait — but not too long. We work hard to get your order packed up and on its way with care and intention.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Some items are made to order, which may require additional processing time before shipment.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.Shipping Method

• We currently ship within the United States.

• Orders are shipped via USPS, most commonly USPS Ground Advantage.

• Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days after shipment.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates are shown clearly at checkout.

• Any promotions (like free shipping) will be applied automatically — no surprises, Sha.

Tracking

• Every order includes tracking.

• You’ll get an email once your package hits the road so you can keep an eye on it.

Delays

Sometimes life — and the post office — moves a little slow.
Delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Once your order is in USPS’s hands, delivery timing is out of our control, but we’re always happy to help if something doesn’t look right.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

• We’re not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

• If an order is returned due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
